not only the elders but also children too fast. According to the report of the
World Health Organization, today around 422 million people worldwide are
suffering from diabetes, from them cores of people are from India itself.
According to a report, Diabetes was the cause of about 1.5 million deaths in
2015.
When our body glucose level in the blood increases more than
normal due to decrease of insulin secretion in the Pancreas this is called
diabetes. Insulin is a hormone produced by digestive glands and is needed to
convert food to energy. Without this hormone, our body cannot control the
amount of sugar. In this situation, our body has a lot of difficulty in getting
energy from food. When the increased level of glucose remains constant in our
blood, it starts damaging many organs of the body, including eyes, brain,
heart, arteries and kidneys.
Types of Diabetes:
Type 1 diabetes - This type of diabetes is found
mostly in young children or under 20 years of age. Type 1 diabetes begins when
our Pancreas (pancreas) cannot make insulin. In this, the patient has to take
insulin injections periodically to maintain the normal level of glucose in his
blood.
Type 2 diabetes - Insulin is produced inside the body
in type 2 diabetes but it is not according to the requirement of the body. Most
people worldwide suffer from this type of diabetes. It can also be genetic and
can also be caused by obesity.
Gestational Diabetes- This type of diabetics seen
because of high blood glucose in women during pregnancy .if this happens then
it has chance the child after may be affected by Diabetics in future.

Causes of diabetes:
1 Genetic - Diabetes is a genetic disease ie if one's

amount of calories in the body increases excessively and obesity increases. is.
Due to this, insulin is not able to be produced in the amount that increases
the sugar level in the body.

5. Pregnancy
6. Eating foods with more tea, milk, cold drinks and sugar
7. Smoking and tobacco consumption
Treatment of diabetes:
1.
There is a possibility of weak eyes in the
diabetic patient. If you want to avoid any negative effect on your eyes during
diabetes, then you should drink carrot and spinach juice. This removes weakness
of the eyes.

In Diabetic one should consumed in maximum
quantity gourd, permal, spinach, papaya etc..

During diabetes, the intake of turnips also
reduces the amount of sugar in the blood. You can take turnip not only through
salads but also as vegetables of turnip, parathas etc.

Berries are a panacea for diabetics. Diabetics
should consume berries in greater quantity. The bark, juice and pulp of berries
are all extremely beneficial during diabetes.

Keep the powder of jamun kernels finely. Two to
three times a day, taking three grams of water with water reduces the amount of
sugar in the urine. That is, not only berries but also berries nuts are very
beneficial for diabetic patients.

The bitter gourd reduces the amount of sugar in

Yoga for Diabetes:
Kapalbhati: If a diabetic patient does Kapalabhati
regularly, then it benefits a lot. To do this, sit upright on the ground and
release the breath out of the nose rapidly. While doing this, also narrow the
stomach inwards. Then immediately inhale through the nose and exhale the
abdomen. Do this activity 50 to 500 times daily.
Anulom Vilom Pranayama: To do this, sit
comfortably on the ground. Close the right nostril with the thumb of the right
hand and fill the breath in 4 counts from the left nostril and then close the
left nostril with two fingers next to the thumb. Then remove the thumb from the
right nose and exhale the breath through the right nose. Now fill the breath
from the right nostril to the count of 4 and close the right nostril and open
the left nostril and take out the breath for 8 counts. You can do this
pranayama for 5 to 15 minutes.
Mandook asana: Mandook asana is very beneficial for
the stomach. This posture activates the pancreas, due to which patients of
diabetes benefit from it. This asana has also been considered extremely
beneficial for the stomach and heart.
Sarvang asana: This asana is basically known to
correct the operation of the thyroid gland. These glands are responsible for
the correct functioning of the entire body including digestive system, nervous
system, production system, metabolic system and respiratory system.
